Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property buying decisions, and closing sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and client references
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about projects
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
• Maintain updated records of leads and client interactions
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate market preferred
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Presentable personality and customer-focused approach
• Willingness to travel for site visits
