We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at NN Group. Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing channel partners, handling client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for residential and/or commercial projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve project sales targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Manage channel partners, brokers, and CP networks
Handle high-value client meetings and site visits
Monitor daily sales activities, site walk-ins, and follow-ups
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and revenue forecasts
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
Ensure timely closure of deals and documentation process
Maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–8 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong knowledge of local property market
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Experience in handling CRM and sales reporting
Strong leadership and team management ability
Good communication and presentation skills.
