Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Sales Manager - Real Estate to join our team at Vrcode91 Private Limited. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a Noida-based real estate company and a proven track record of managing and leading a team of 10-15 sales executives. The role involves driving sales performance, achieving business targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent customer service.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10-15 real estate sales professionals.

• Set sales targets and ensure team members achieve monthly and quarterly goals.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

• Guide team members throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain a high conversion ratio.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

• Mandatory experience with a Noida-based real estate company.

• Proven experience in handling and managing a team of 10-15 members.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.

• Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market.
