Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, understanding their property requirements, and assisting them throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, and other sources.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.

- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Negotiate and close property sales.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth completion of the sales process.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

- Basic knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.

- Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate, sales, banking, insurance, or telecom will be an added advantage.

- Must be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
