Job Role – Field Officer  

Reporting To – Field Supervisor

Experience in Years – 0 to 1 Year

Qualification – Diploma Civil or Diploma in Architecture, Or Experience for site visit with valuer of property                                                                                 

Work Location – Kothrud -Pune – Maharashtra

Nature of Work – Field work

Job Responsibility:

·        Required to visit client sites for conducting survey and collecting the data which includes capturing site photographs, site measurements and prepare record.  

·        To be thoroughly  oriented towards  the daily work process, target achievement  and TAT

·        Readiness for the site visits which will include clientele lists (client location, visit schedule ) equipment, gadgets and stationary. 

·        Responsible for site visit min 6 to max 8 local sites every day and prepare and submit report in accordance.

·        Prepare and submit the reports of all sites to HO by end of the day.

·        Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

·        To follow the daily work schedule including the client appointment will be informed by the field supervisor. 

·        Should be able to work on the mobile app required for the site visit…Name of the app??

·        Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations.

·        Follow safety norms while on field and at the site.

Key Skills:

·        Communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. Client, Engineer construction managers, architect

·        Excellent documentation Skill

·        Sound in mathematical calculations.

• A driving license, which is usually needed and bike required for site visit. Annual Salary – Fixed + Quarterly Incentive Note: KRA will be defined after the finalization of business target and JD is signed off
