
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Real Estate Telecaller to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for premium residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Make outbound calls to potential buyers from the fresh data provided.
Explain project details clearly and confidently.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.
Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups.
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Basic understanding of the real estate market (training will be provided).
Ability to handle objections and convert interest into meetings.
Minimum 6 months–1 year of telecalling experience (real estate preferred but not mandatory).
