About the Role:
Masters of Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Business Head who has strong experience in property sales and team management. The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of real estate experience and should lead their own team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement growth-oriented sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Oversee end-to-end sales operations including site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Collaborate with channel partners, builders, and other stakeholders.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure high productivity.
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
Maintain a strong understanding of current market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
4–5 years of proven experience in the real estate sector.
Must have their own team with strong sales capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and grow teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of Noida & Greater Noida real estate market preferred.
