Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Handle team training, performance monitoring, and daily reporting.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Support team members in client meetings and property visits.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and sales team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business goals.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and productivity within the team.
Requirements:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Experience in sales/team handling preferred.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage.
