URGENT HIRING – REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.

• Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into site visits and bookings.

• Conduct property presentations and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

• Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and CRM teams for smooth closure and documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales.

• Strong knowledge of real estate sales and property transactions.

• Experience in lead generation, client handling, site visits, and sales closure.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good knowledge of the Yamuna Expressway and Greater Noida real estate market will be preferred.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Bike and valid driving license are compulsory.
