Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The role involves connecting with potential property buyers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling site visits for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.

• Explain project details, location advantages, and pricing information.

• Qualify leads and schedule site visits with our sales team.

• Maintain client data, call logs, and daily activity reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth follow-ups and closures.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent the brand confidently.

Requirements:

• Good spoken English and understanding skills are mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn.

• Confident, energetic, and result-oriented personality.

• Ability to handle client calls politely and professionally.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
