Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated female freshers to join our Real Estate Pre-Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, explain project details, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain project details, pricing, and current offers to potential buyers.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying interest.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads.
Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
