We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Professionals who are passionate about real estate and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, client relationship management, and helping customers find their dream property.
Identify and develop new customer leads through various channels (online/offline)
Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with leads
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead tracking
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong presentation and client handling skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Local market knowledge (Gurgaon & nearby) preferred
Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales
