Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales.
Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM software.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections and convince customers with appropriate responses.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding or service delivery.
Proven experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
