Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Real Estate Sales professional to drive high-value property sales at Metro Park, Sector 103, Mohali. This role focuses on identifying investment opportunities, showcasing premium residential plots, commercial spaces, and industrial inventory, and closing high-yield deals within the rapidly growing Mohali-Tricity corridor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively source new clients through cold calling, corporate networking, digital marketing follow-ups, and channel partner networks.
Property Showcases & Site Visits: Coordinate and conduct professional on-site property tours at Metro Park, detailedly explaining project specifications, GMADA/RERA approvals, and location advantages (proximity to Airport Road, Landran-Banur Highway).
Consultative Selling: Understand the unique investment or end-use needs of clients to recommend ideal commercial, residential, or industrial configurations.
Deal Negotiation & Closing: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to final price negotiation, documentation management, and booking closure.
Broker & Dealer Relations: Build and maintain a strong external network of property dealers and channel partners in the Mohali, Chandigarh, and Zirakpur regions.
Market Insights: Keep a strong pulse on competing inventory, local property rate fluctuations, and infrastructural updates around Sector 103.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 5+ years of proven sales experience specifically within the Tricity (Mohali/Chandigarh/Zirakpur) real estate market. (Note: Senior or GM roles generally require 8+ years).
Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of Mohali’s zoning layout, connectivity benefits, and specific project metrics (e.g., plot sizes in yards/gaj, industrial allocations).
Skills: Strong negotiation tactics, confident presentation skills, and excellent spoken English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle for client meetings and frequent site visits across the area.
