Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Client Coordination
- Handle incoming calls and qualify leads
- Match tenant requirements with available properties
- Forward unmatched requirements to FRM/ORM/FE
- Share property images with potential tenants
- Collect and assess feedback (visit interest or rejection)
- Schedule and accompany property visits with field executives
- Gather post-visit feedback (interested, not interested, or suggestions)
- Support and facilitate negotiations
- Sales Closure & Documentation
- Coordinate office visits for deal finalization
- Follow up on payments
- Prepare stamp paper and rental agreements
- Handle notarization and ensure all legal documentation is complete
- Oversee successful deal closure
