Job Description - Sales Manager

Job Title:

Real Estate Sales Executive / Relationship Manager

Location:

Ek Murti Chowk, Gr Noida West

Reporting To:

Team Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Handling

• Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, digital leads, channel partners, and referrals

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

• Conduct site visits and project presentations

• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with clients till possession

• Ensure proper follow-ups and timely communication

• Coordinate with CRM and admin teams for documentation

• Handle client queries, objections, and post-sales support

• Documentation & Process

• Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, and KYC documents

• Update CRM with lead status, site visits, and closures

• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA norms

• Market & Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and competition

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Undergraduate

1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers can also apply)

Presentable, confident, and customer-focused

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Office
