Job Title: Real Estate Sales Specialist (Dholera SIR Project)
Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Professional to drive investments for our residential and commercial projects in Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR). You will be responsible for educating high-net-worth investors and NRIs about the future of India’s first greenfield smart city and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up on leads generated through digital marketing and offline events.
Consultative Selling: Educate clients on the Dholera Growth Story (DMIC, International Airport, Semiconductor Hub, and 6-lane Expressway).
Site Visits: Organize and lead site visits to Dholera for potential buyers, showcasing the "Activation Area" and infrastructure progress.
Closing & Documentation: Handle the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiation and assisting with RERA-compliant documentation.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Gujarat Government policies and industrial developments in the SIR region.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in Real Estate sales (Investment-based sales or plotting projects preferred).
Skills: Exceptional communication and "storytelling" skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
Mindset: Ability to sell long-term ROI rather than just immediate possession.
Knowledge: Familiarity with RERA norms and land investment legalities in Gujarat.
