Job Overview

Encourage Services and Solution is looking for dynamic and persuasive Sales Callers to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them navigate their journey toward finding the perfect property. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective leads to introduce our real estate projects and services.

• Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify leads based on their budget, location preferences, and investment goals.

• Relationship Building: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential buyers to build trust and rapport.

• Scheduling: Coordinate and book site visits for interested clients with our field sales team.

• Database Management: Keep accurate records of all calls, feedback, and customer requirements in our system.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English with a clear, professional speaking voice.

• Location: Ability to commute to our office at the ILD Trade Centre, Sector 47, Gurgaon.

• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
