Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
Contact prospective clients through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
Schedule client meetings and arrange site visits.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, meetings, and site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team to close deals and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Ability to negotiate and convert leads into sales.
Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.
Working Days & Timings
Working Days: As per company policy; Saturday and Sunday site work may be required.
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
