Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close leads for our real estate projects in the western suburbs of Mumbai.
Handle walk-ins, site visits, follow-ups, and negotiations till booking.
Manage and grow relationships with channel partners/brokers.
Lead and mentor a small sales team (set targets, monitor performance, training).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with proper reporting to management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competing projects, pricing, and offers in the western suburbs.
Requirements:
2-5 years of real estate sales experience (preferably in western suburbs of Mumbai).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
Comfortable with field work and weekend working (weekly off on weekday).
Experience managing a small team
