·         Client and lead management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify their needs, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales. 

·         Sales and negotiation: Promote and sell properties, negotiate sales agreements, facilitate transactions, and close deals. 

·         Property showing and management: Conduct property viewings and site visits for potential buyers and coordinate property listings. 

·         Market analysis and advice: Provide clients with market insights, property evaluations, and stay updated on market trends and property values. 

·         Sales reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management. 

·         Sales target achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. 

Required skills and qualifications

·         Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for building rapport and presenting information clearly, and presentation skills; ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships; strong organizational and time management skills. 

·         Negotiation & Persuasion: The ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

·         Customer Service: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience.

·         Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.

·         Problem-Solving: The ability to address client concerns and navigate complex deal situations with creative solutions.

·         Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.

·         Self-Motivation & Organization: The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a target-driven environment

·         Experience: Experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
