We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive / Relationship Manager who can effectively engage with prospective buyers, conduct site visits, nurture customer relationships, and convert qualified leads into successful property bookings.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, understanding customer requirements, arranging project presentations and site visits, and driving sales closures. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills along with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Handle and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Contact prospective customers to understand their property requirements and preferences.
Qualify leads and schedule project presentations and site visits.
Maintain regular communication with potential buyers throughout the sales cycle.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Provide comprehensive information regarding residential and commercial projects.
Address customer concerns, queries, and objections professionally.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey.
Site Visits & Sales Closure
Coordinate and conduct project site visits with interested customers.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and ongoing offers.
Negotiate effectively and guide customers through the decision-making process.
Convert qualified leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
CRM & Reporting
Update lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in CRM software.
Maintain accurate records of site visits, meetings, and bookings.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor projects and market developments.
Gather customer feedback and market insights.
Share recommendations and observations with management to improve sales strategies.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in:
Real Estate Sales
Property Consulting
Insurance Sales
Banking Sales
Direct Sales
Relationship Management
Fresh candidates with exceptional sales aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills
