Job description for Sales Executive for Real Estate-Channel Partner
Role & responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Generate leads through various sources and convert them into successful sales.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
· Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for ongoing and future opportunities.
· Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Minimum 2 years of sales experience on NH-24, Ghaziabad, U.P. builders n properties.
· Strong knowledge of channel partners operations.
· Excellent communication and convincing skills.
· Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
· Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
· Salary Rs.25000 – 30000 PM
