We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at at Avenew Realcon Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions efficiently before, during, and after sales to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. / To Manage client inquiries, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. / To Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support. / Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to business growth. / Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong expertise in real estate sales and client handling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. / Ability to work in a target-driven environment. / Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to manage clients confidently pre, during, and post-sales. / Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach. / Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
