We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Closing Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in converting leads and closing high-value deals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Conversion: Successfully closing sales with walk-in clients and following up on high-intent leads.Negotiation: Managing price discussions and closing formalities to meet monthly targets.Lead Management: Transitioning cold-called prospects into confirmed bookings.Reporting: Maintaining daily reports on client interactions and conversion ratios.RequirementsGender Preference: Female.Experience: Previous experience in Sales/Cold Calling is mandatory.Background: Candidates from Real Estate or Insurance sectors are preferred.Skills: Strong communication, convincing power, and a "never-give-up" attitude.Compensation & ScheduleAnnual CTC: ₹4,20,000/- per annum.Weekday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.Weekend Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (or as per client visit requirements).Weekly Off: Fixed Monday off.Why Kharghar?Kharghar is a booming real estate hub with high footfall.
