About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials and supplies required for our business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor management, procurement planning, cost negotiations, and inventory coordination to ensure timely availability of quality materials while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.

• Source raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements at competitive prices.

• Plan and execute procurement activities based on business requirements and inventory levels.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.

• Prepare and process purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and track deliveries.

• Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and company specifications.

• Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

• Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.

• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement software is preferred.
