Job Locations

Gurgaon: DLF Phase 1, DLF Phase 4, DLF Phase 5, Ambience Mall, Sector 65 Worldmark, SS Plaza, and Fortis.

Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Promote and explain Satv products to customers and drive sales conversions.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain product displays and premium store presentation standards.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

• Coordinate with store management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Handle customer queries professionally while maintaining brand standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in sales is mandatory; retail/FMCG/food retail experience will be preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

• Strong selling and convincing abilities.

• Comfortable working in a standing and customer-facing role for extended hours.

• Disciplined, energetic, and willing to work in a premium retail environment.

• Candidates residing in Gurgaon will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
