Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion.

• Manage site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or execution-related issues.

• Prepare project reports, maintain site documentation, and provide regular progress updates to management.

• Monitor material planning, procurement coordination, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in civil construction or real estate project execution.

• Hands-on experience in plotted developments, farmland layouts, infrastructure, and site execution.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, site supervision, quality control, budgeting, and contractor management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an added advantage.
