Shaadi.com is looking for VIP Consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Closing deals, pitching paid memberships, and offering top-tier service to our global and late-night members.

• This role is perfect for someone who thrives after dark, is full of energy, and loves chasing targets when others are chasing dreams.

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.

• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products or services that meet customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.

• Escalation handling experience is also required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in BPO customer service, voice processing, outbound calling, or related fields.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English language; strong written communication skills are also required (a must for international or NRI calls)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; high level of organization skills necessary.

• High energy, quick thinking, and target-focused HSC or Graduate degree

• Strong attention to detail + excellent organizational skills

• Self-motivated and committed to exceeding customer expectations

• Male candidate are mandatory for Night Shift (11:30 p.m-8 a.m- 2 Rotational Offs)

• Both Male & Female can apply for day shift(7:30 am-4:30 pm- 2 Rotational Offs)

Salary:- 25K-35K in-hand + Unlimited Incentives, max can go up to 45K in hand

Night Allowance: 100/day
