Role Summary:
The Product Advisor will be responsible for guiding customers through Shaadi.com’s premium services, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable subscription plans. The role requires strong communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone to understand their requirements and preferences.
Provide detailed information about Shaadi.com’s premium products and membership plans.
Assist users in creating or improving their profiles for better results.
Recommend the right product based on the customer’s needs and eligibility.
Drive conversions by explaining product value and resolving customer objections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
Meet monthly targets for conversions, follow-ups, and productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Renewals.
Strong communication skills in English + regional language (Telugu/Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada based on requirement).
HSC / Graduate preferred.
Good listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Should have stable work history.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in subscription-based or B2C sales.
Understanding of customer behavior and relationship management.
Ability to deliver personalized customer support.
Work Schedule:
Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM | 1 Rotational Weekday Off (Mon–Fri)
