Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our real estate pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the team, monitoring lead handling and follow-ups, driving site visits and conversions, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, customer relationship management, and team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead, manage, and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve assigned targets.
·Monitor daily team performance, call activity, lead follow-ups, and conversions.
·Monitor lead quality, response time, follow-up schedules, and lead conversion.
·Guide team members in handling prospective customers and explaining project details.
·Support the team in explaining project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and USPs.
·Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and site visit conversions.
·Track and improve site visit bookings and conversion ratios.
·Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
·Analyze CRM data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
·Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
·Coordinate with the marketing team to monitor lead quality and campaign performance.
·Build strong relationships with customers and support the team in improving customer experience.

Qualification
·2–5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
·Prior experience in managing or leading a pre-sales/sales team is preferred.
·Experience in handling real estate leads, site visit coordination, and lead conversion.
·Knowledge of the local real estate market.
·Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales targets.
·Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
