Pre-Sales Associate – ScaleMate Services

CTC: ₹1.44–₹2.04 LPA + Incentives
Openings: 20+
Experience: 0–2 Years
Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication skills can apply
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.

• Qualify leads and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and explain ScaleMate's services.

• Build positive relationships with prospective clients.

• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and call records.

• Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.

• Achieve monthly business-generation and performance goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in Sales / Telecalling / Business Development / Pre-Sales is preferred.

• Candidates without sales experience must have excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in cold calling and customer interaction.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Willingness to work in a sales-oriented environment.
