Role & responsibilities
1. Coordination with customer, Site sales
· Answering all telephonic incoming enquiries with as little delay as possible.
· Providing all relevant information to the leads either over phone, email or WhatsApp.
· Convincing the leads to visit the site.
· Inform our site sales team with the name of customer and his time for visiting the site.
· Helping the customer to reach the site.
· Arranging cabs for customer and coordinating with them till they visit site.
· Attending walk-in customers at head office to provide details of any project as per requirements.
· Educating customer by explaining our USPs and convincing them.
· Attending the property events or exhibition and helping customers with requirement.
· Inform customer about current payment offers at our sites.
· Provide information about our upcoming projects.
· Connecting new channel partners who call up by providing concerned persons number along with relevant project information.
2. Data/Report Management
· Call the customer post site visit to know his feedback
· Maintaining concise and meticulous record of follow ups done for the same.
· Daily reporting in predefined format.
· Reporting the quality of leads attended to help refine marketing campaigns.
· Collecting and updating price and unit details sheet for all sites.
· Collect feedback from customer and provide to management which help in analyzing customer needs.
3. Competitor & Market Knowledge
· Know our competitors and project nearby and understand the differential USP between our projects and their projects along with their price points.
