1. Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales order cycle, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of orders.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders in ERP system.

• Verify customer purchase orders, pricing and commercial terms.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Dispatch teams for order execution.

• Prepare Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices and related documentation.

• Track order status and provide updates to customers and sales team.

• Handle dispatch planning and logistics coordination.

• Maintain proper documentation of sales orders and records.

• Support the sales team with draft quotations and order confirmations.

• Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

3. Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Logistics handling

• Very high communication skills

• Experience in ERP

• Able to Multitask
