Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive / Manager to join our real-estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, qualifying prospects, generating site visits, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, referrals, campaigns, and other sources.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, configuration, purpose of purchase, and purchase timeline.

- Explain project details including pricing, configurations, amenities, location, specifications, payment plans, and possession timelines.

- Generate and schedule qualified site visits / project presentations.

- Follow up with prospects regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.

- Categorize and prioritize leads based on their level of interest and purchase intent.

- Coordinate with the sales/closing team for site visits and further conversion.

- Re-engage existing and inactive leads to generate new opportunities.

- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, site visits, and conversions.

- Prepare daily and weekly sales pipeline/MIS reports.

- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Property Sales will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and handling customer objections.

- Good understanding of sales funnels and CRM systems.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.

- Candidates with experience handling ₹1 Cr+ residential property leads will be an advantage.
