Job Summary

The Reception & Pre-Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and potential customers. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with pre-sales activities, including lead handling, customer engagement, and coordination with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage front-desk operations and maintain a neat reception area

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries

• Maintain visitor logs and follow office security procedures

• Provide basic information about the company, products, and services

Pre-Sales Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, website, and walk-ins

• Understand customer requirements and provide initial product/service information

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team

• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems

• Follow up with prospects to ensure timely responses

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover

• Prepare basic reports on leads, inquiries, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or pre-sales (preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and email systems

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales support or lead generation

• Knowledge of the company’s industry or products

• Ability to handle objections and customer queries confidently
