Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller based in Mumbai (BKC/Wadala). The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing property-related information to clients, resolving queries, and capturing accurate customer details for follow-up. The Tele Caller will identify potential sales opportunities, schedule appointments, and update customer records in company databases. Emphasis is placed on maintaining excellent communication with clients and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients
Proficiency in telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, and call handling
Ability to maintain organized records, retrieve required information efficiently, and use CRM software proficiently
Effective problem-solving, active listening, and adaptability to address customer needs and resolve inquiries
Previous experience in tele-calling, real estate, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
Multilingual skills and knowledge of property management are a plus
Requirement :
International or domestic call centers .
Able to give 100-150 calls and curate leads.
Ability to handle RSVP FOR PROPERTY SHOWS.
