HCMX Global Education is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing admissions team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining our management programs, generating interest, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from the company's lead database.

• Explain management programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and scholarship opportunities.

• Understand student requirements and guide them toward suitable programs.

• Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team.

• Maintain accurate lead details, call dispositions, and follow-up records in the CRM/Google Sheets.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission conversion targets.

• Build positive relationships with prospective students and ensure a professional counselling experience.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Fluency in English and Kannada. Hindi or other regional languages will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle objections and engage prospective students confidently.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, education counselling, or inside sales will be an added advantage.
