About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Female Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, connecting with potential homebuyers and investors, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.

• Connect with prospective buyers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and property portals.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Schedule site visits and meetings with interested clients.

• Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture and convert leads.

• Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth client engagement.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Quick learner with a professional personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and email handling.

• Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Pre-Sales will be an added advantage.
