Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for loan inquiries

• Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation process to customers

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong relationships

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth processing

• Maintain customer database and daily call records

• Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead generation targets

• Resolve basic customer queries professionally

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of loans/financial products preferred

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle customers professionally

• Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, or English preferred

Eligibility

• HSC / Graduate in any stream

• Freshers can also apply

• Experience in Tele calling, Sales, Banking, Finance, or Loan Process will be an added advantage
