Job Description – Pre-Sales Executive
Position: Pre-Sales Executive
Department: Pre-Sales / Business Development
Location: Wadgaon Sheri, Pune
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Communicate effectively with customers and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries.
Convince and engage potential customers to generate genuine business opportunities.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads for further conversion.
Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Confident and positive approach.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.
