We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive to support our digital marketing sales team. The ideal candidate will qualify leads, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and coordinate with prospects to drive conversions.
Qualify inbound & outbound leads and understand client needs.
Explain digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Design, etc.).
Prepare proposals, presentations, and service outlines.
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Maintain CRM records and share pre-sales reports.
Coordinate professionally with clients through calls and emails.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing (training provided).
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, BPO, or digital marketing preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
