Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Pre-sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our real estate projects. The role involves speaking to interested customers, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through ads, portals, and campaigns
Attend inbound calls from customer enquiries
Explain project details clearly (location, pricing, approvals, offers, etc.)
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for sales executives
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Maintain accurate call notes and lead status in CRM
Achieve daily call, follow-up, and site visit targets
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in English + Kannada / Telugu / Tamil (any two preferred)
Confident phone presence and persuasive ability
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)
Ability to handle objections and rejections positively
Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
Experience
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
6 months – 2 years of pre-sales or sales experience preferred
