Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Presales Executive to handle cold
calling, WhatsApp communication, and email outreach. The role involves identifying
potential customers, creating interest in our products/services, and se>ng
appointments for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects,
ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and introduce company
offerings.
• Handle WhatsApp chats professionally to answer queries, share information, and
nurture leads.
• Draft and send emails to prospects for product introduction, follow-ups, and lead
nurturing.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to pitch relevant
products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and hand over
qualified leads.
• Achieve weekly/monthly lead genera/on and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate value effectively.
Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in Presales / Tele calling / Lead Genera/on (Freshers can
also apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong ability to handle objections and persuade customers.
• Good typing speed and WhatsApp/email communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
