ABOUT CLION CARE

Clion Care is a premium Hair and Skin Care Clinic committed to delivering exceptional patient care and world-class treatment experiences. We are expanding our pre-Sales team at our Ahmedabad centre and are looking for confident, target-driven communicators who can guide prospective patients through their first interaction with

the clinic and convert genuine interest into confirmed consultations.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Pre-Sales Executive owns the first point of contact with every prospective patient. This role is accountable for how quickly and how well an enquiry is handled, how accurately clinic services are explained, and how consistently a lead is followed up until it converts into a confirmed consultation. It combines inbound call handling, patient

qualification, appointment generation, and disciplined CRM record-keeping.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Handle all incoming calls and enquiries from prospective patients within the defined response time.

● Understand the patient requirement and share accurate information on hair transplant and related services.

● Explain clinic services, the consultation process, and basic procedure information clearly and correctly.

● Address patient questions and route clinical or complex queries to the concerned team without delay.

● Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed consultation appointments.

● Schedule, confirm, and reconfirm patient appointments to reduce no-show cases.

● Run regular, structured follow-ups with interested and pending leads as per the defined follow-up cycle.

● Maintain complete and accurate lead and patient records in the CRM or prescribed system on the same day.

● Coordinate with the Sales, Counselling, and Clinic teams on appointments and patient requirements.

● Maintain professional, polite, and empathetic communication with every patient at all times.

● Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and appointment targets.

● Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow Clion Care communication standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

● Graduate in any discipline.

● Female candidates preferred, in line with the patient comfort requirement of the role.

● Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

● Must be able to converse fluently in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

● Strong convincing and negotiation ability with a target-oriented approach.

● Comfortable with high call volumes, structured follow-ups, and sales-driven work.

● Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, and email; CRM exposure is an added advantage.

● Positive attitude, high ownership, and willingness to learn the clinical basics of hair restoration.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in any of the following roles are encouraged to apply:

• Tele calling Executive, Inside Sales Executive, Pre-Sales Executive, Customer Support Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Patient Service Executive, or Client Relationship Executive.

• Experience in Healthcare, Hair Transplant, Dermatology, Cosmetic Clinics, Aesthetic Centres, Wellness, or any high-consideration consumer service will be a strong advantage. Freshers with exceptional communication skills will also be considered.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Performance in this role will be reviewed against the following parameters:

● Response time and handling quality on all assigned enquiries.

● Consistency and discipline of follow-ups against the defined follow-up cycle.

● Number of consultation appointments generated and confirmed.

● Appointment show-up rate against appointments booked.

● Accuracy and completeness of lead records maintained in the CRM.

● Achievement of assigned calling and appointment targets.

● Correctness of information shared with patients and adherence to the approved script.

● Coordination effectiveness with the Sales, Counselling, and Clinic teams.
