Sales Executive & CRM:
Our client is a fast-growing, science-led D2C oral care brand specialising in enamel-safe teeth whitening and holistic oral health solutions. Designed by American dentists and trusted by thousands of customers, Fang is rapidly scaling across Shopify, Amazon, and quick-commerce platforms with strong product-market fit and repeat demand.
We’re hiring a Sales Executive (2–3 years’ experience) to help Fang Oral Care convert high-intent leads into customers. Your primary focus will be closing cart leads (leads will be provided) and using data insights to improve conversions consistently.
Role
• Call / WhatsApp / follow up with cart and high-intent leads to close sales.
• Handle objections confidently and guide customers to the right purchase decision.
• Use customer data + lead behaviour (drop-off points, intent signals, past interactions) to improve closure rate.
• Maintain clean tracking: outcomes, reasons for drop-offs, follow-up cadence, conversion notes
• Coordinate with the marketing + customer experience team to refine scripts and offers
Expectation
• 1-2 years of sales experience (D2C / e-commerce / inside sales preferred)
• Excellent spoken & written English — clear, confident, professional (this is non-negotiable)
• Strong persuasion skills + ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets/CRM dashboards), extracting patterns, and acting on them
• Fast follow-ups, high ownership, and a strong closing mindset
• Bonus: Experience with cart recovery, tele-sales, or lead conversion in consumer brands.
