Pre-Sales Executive

Job Overview

A Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling initial customer interactions, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by ensuring potential buyers are well-informed and ready for site visits or closing.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management

Handle inbound & outbound calls from property inquiries

Generate and qualify leads from portals, social media, and campaigns

Maintain and update leads in CRM system

2. Customer Interaction

Understand customer requirements (budget, location, property type)

Provide accurate project information (pricing, amenities, location benefits)

Build strong rapport with potential buyers

3. Site Visit Coordination

Schedule and confirm site visits for clients

Coordinate with sales managers and field team

Follow up to ensure visit completion

4. Follow-Up & Conversion Support

Regular follow-up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Handle objections and provide solutions

Nurture leads until they are ready to convert

5. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain proper lead records and status updates

Track daily calls, meetings, and conversions

Prepare reports for management review

6. Marketing Support

Assist in digital campaigns and promotions

Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation

Manage responses from online platforms (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.)

🧠 Required Skills

Excellent communication (English + local language like Kannada/Hindi/Tamil)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of real estate market

CRM handling (preferred)

Customer-focused approach

🎓 Qualification

Any graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus)

0–3 years experience in real estate or sales
