We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at at Aashrayaa Projects. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Respond promptly to inquiries received through websites, social media, property portals, and other marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on budget, location, and property preferences.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.
Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely lead assignment and follow-up.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification and appointment targets.
Prepare and submit reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional communication.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
