Pre Sales Associate

Job Overview

Springfield Properties is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associate/Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, providing initial project information, and generating quality site-visit opportunities for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers and leads.

- Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, property type and purchase timeline.

- Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing and offers to prospective customers.

- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and purchase intent.

- Follow up consistently with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified prospects with the Sales team.

- Maintain accurate lead details, call records, follow-ups and lead status in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for effective lead management and conversion.

- Ensure timely follow-up on assigned leads and minimize pending leads.

- Track lead movement, site visits and follow-up status.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups and site visits.

Qualification & Experience

• Female candidates preferred.

- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.

- 6 months–2 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales or Customer Relationship Management.

- Prior experience in real estate will be preferred.
