Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell personal loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, guiding customers through the loan process, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Contact potential customers and explain personal loan products and benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
Collect and verify customer documents as per company and lender guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and banking partners for smooth loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan disbursement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Update customer records and sales activities in CRM or company systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of personal loan products and lending processes.
Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software).
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
